International Law enforcement !

Is there something like that; does it mean anything ? The americans want their movies to been seen all over the world but they don't understand that their copyright laws don't apply outside the US. There are a few torrent trackers on the internet which have been rampant in distributing almost all the movies released recently, it is not only movies software, music and a never ending list of things that have been copyrighted. As a matter of fact I have been watching the most latest tamil movies just within few days of it's release in India.
I wonder if this right or wrong? in a way I pity those people that are spending their precious time creating stuff and eventually ending up spending time and money in filling law suits on folks that are actively distributing their work illegally.
I was rolling on the floor and laughing after reading this http://static.thepiratebay.org/legal/
EA, DreamWorks and other battered instiutions will simply pulverize this guy the moment he enters the US. But, he will not enter the US for he gets everything in Sweden and for Free :-)
I am sure it's the same scene in India. But, recently amma(JJ) has taken some very serious steps to curb piracy, let's see how long they are able hold it together.
So, say 20/30 years from now when the world becomes highly cosmopolitan, someone somewhere will get whatever he wants free :-) ; of course except for consumables.
