Case Dismissed !

I thought I had something to make a post out of but it turned out to be hot air. I appeared for a court hearing for a traffic infraction ticket I received. Anticipating a chance for some argument, I appeared before the Judge; the judge looked at my ticket and said "Case dismissed !" and I just walked out, very simple, no fine nothing. At that point I wanted to sue the state for damages, because the ticket caused me lot of mental trauma and the hearing made me loose a day's pay but after some serious contemplation realised I had better work to do.
